Kelly Rappa, CEO & Founder

Kelly is the CEO and founder of Lucid Healing Center, a mental health treatment center committed to compassionate, evidence-based
care. Since 2009 she has worked in behavioral health across clinical and leadership roles, bringing deep frontline experience to the center’s programs and services. Kelly founded Lucid Healing Center to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment
where clients can embark on their journey toward mental wellness and transformation. She directs the center’s vision and strategic growth, prioritizing trauma-informed, individualized treatment and measurable outcomes. Known for blending empathy with rigorous
practice, Kelly fosters a collaborative team culture focused on client-centered healing.

Jacqueline Pevny, MD

Jacqueline Pevny, MD, Board-certified Psychiatrist

Dr. Pevny brings decades of psychiatric expertise helping clients who are struggling with mental health Lucid Healing Center. Dr. Pevny has served as medical director for several leading treatment centers in South Florida. She also holds leadership and staff roles at two leading local hospitals and is an affiliate associate clinical professor at the FAU School of Medicine.

Dr. Pevny is an honors graduate of the University of Miami’s School of Medicine. After receiving her doctorate, she completed her residency and fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. She is an American Psychiatric Association fellow and is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both general and geriatric psychiatry. She is also board-certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine as an addictionologist.

Caroline Gardner, MSW, Therapist

Caroline Gardner is a South Florida native who obtained her Masters in Social Work from Barry University. Graduating with honors, Caroline has worked with many diverse populations within the mental health field. From working with teens through Guitars Over Guns, providing grief counseling with Vitas Hospice, and serving as a guidance counselor at an elementary school, these roles have allowed Caroline to support people from all walks of life and have deepened her understanding and compassion as a Therapist. People often describe Caroline as grounded, authentic, and genuinely devoted to her clients’ progress. She aims to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment to help foster the work of both emotional and psychological challenges. Caroline’s approach is strength-based and trauma-informed. She is committed to empowering her clients, helping them build resilience, and supporting them in their journey toward healing and personal growth.

Reneisha Drayton, LCSW, CCATP, QS, Clinical Director

Reneisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and Qualified Supervisor for the state of Florida. She also holds an independent clinical license in the state of Alabama and degrees in Psychology, Family & Child Sciences, and Clinical Social Work. With over 13 years in the field, Reneisha has extensive experience supporting and advocating for vulnerable populations. She helps those feeling disempowered regain control to live a meaningful and fulfilling life that feels authentic to them. Her treatment method is eclectic, holistic, and guided by a strength-based approach. Reneisha believes the most important aspect of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. It is central to healing and she fosters it with compassion.

Georgia Kane, MSW

Georgia Kane, MSW, Therapist

Georgia Kane is a therapist with a Master of Social Work who values a holistic approach to care. She began her career as a substance abuse counselor in Tennessee and later worked on an opioid-affected youth grant, integrating addiction and mental health treatment with child welfare and juvenile justice services. Through this work, Georgia developed a strong appreciation for the social work perspective and the importance of addressing underlying experiences, deepening her passion for trauma treatment. She is skilled in Dialectical Behavior Therapy to support stabilization and skill-building and incorporates trauma narrative work with somatic-based approaches to address nervous system regulation. Her clinical style emphasizes understanding the whole person and the root causes that drive mental health challenges.
